میزان حقوق کاری با ویزای orientation در هلند

سلام

بعد از اتمام ارشد اینجا اگر ویزای orientation بگیریم باید کاری که پیدا میکنیم حقوق بالا بدند عین highly skill?

چون من این مورد رو نشنیده بودم برای کسایی که تحصیلات کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد رو ‌تموم میکنند محدودیت از نظر میزان حقوق ندارند

Reduced salary criterion
The reduced salary criterion applies in the following situations:
The residence permit for the highly skilled migrant has been applied for during the orientation year for highly educated persons and immediately follows the residence permit for the orientation year for highly educated persons. Is the application for the highly skilled migrant being submitted at a later time and/or does the residence permit for the highly skilled migrant start at a later time (for example because the employment contract starts after the orientation year or because the employer is recognised as a sponsor by the IND after the orientation year)? Then the normal age-dependent salary criterion applies.

ببخشید این یعنی اینکه اگر در دوره orientation visaکار پیدا کنیم شامل اینreduce salaryمیشیم.درسته؟؟
